Welcome to Shaadi Mubarak India (SMI). By registering, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership & Fees

• Users must be of legal marriageable age as per Indian Law (21 for Men/Women).
• Silver/Gold/VIP Plans: Fees are for profile listing and message limits (5, 15, 25).
• Vendor Fee: A joining fee of ₹1,500 + 10% GST is mandatory for all business listings.

2. Refund Policy

All payments made to SMI, including the Vendor Joining Fee and User Membership, are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE once the service is activated.

3. Privacy & Protection

Contact details (Phone/Email) are protected by default. They will only be visible to verified "Paid" members or upon mutual interest, depending on the plan selected.

4. User Conduct

Any misuse of the chat system or harassment of other members will lead to immediate account termination without refund.
